Couponing at CVS! My First Transaction Week of 1/28/18 to 2/4/18

I've decided that I want to build up my Extra Care Bucks balance without spending a bunch of money out of pocket.  CVS and I have had a love/hate relationship over the years, similar to how I feel about YouTube.  :)  You are going to see me couponing what will appear to be a lot of stuff that I don't need but as always, there is a method to the madness.

Cory and I each did one transaction and I want to keep it that way.  In order to build the Extra Care Bucks and to get me out of the house more often, I'm going to CVS a few times each week.  That's why you will be seeing more CVS hauls.

On to the breakdown.  There are a few things to remember when you look at what I bought and why.

  • I didn't do Pantene on my P&G transaction BUT, if you can use the shampoo it's important to remember that it does count toward Beauty Club accumulation for free Extra Care Bucks.
  • I had a $10 off when you spend $40 coupon that I applied toward the large transaction.
  • I also had a $4.00 off when you spend $14.00 on Crest, Scope or Oral B that I used.
  • I used the free candy bars, free razors and mouthwash to hit the $40 to be able to use the $10 off of $40.
